FUJIAN HUATAI GROUP CO., LTD.’s workshop is designed for efficient, quality-controlled production of terracotta panels used in architectural façade systems around the world. The facility combines specialized equipment with controlled processes, from material preparation and forming through drying, firing and final inspection. This production discipline helps TOB Terracotta respond to the dimensional, surface and project requirements of diverse architectural applications.
TOB terracotta panels are made from carefully selected natural clay. The material is prepared and refined to support consistent quality for architectural panel and façade applications.
Depending on the selected product, prepared clay is formed with Italian vacuum extrusion technology to create precise profiles. Dimensions, surfaces and other project requirements are reviewed before production.
Formed panels are dried in a controlled five-layer roller kiln. Progressive drying helps maintain dimensional stability and panel quality before the high-temperature firing stage.
Dried panels are fired at high temperature in a temperature-controlled, wide-bodied roller kiln. The process develops the strength and weather resistance required for architectural façade applications.
Panels are checked for dimensional consistency, surface quality and overall condition. Confirmed project requirements also guide cutting, finishing, packing and release before delivery.
